Variant 1: Bring the milk with cinnamon to a boil.
In another pot with high sides, we add the dark chocolate.
Pour in the hot milk, leave for 2 minutes, then blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
Pour the chocolate into cups, top with whipped cream and grated chocolate. Enjoy!
Variant 2: In a saucepan, mix the egg yolks with sugar.
Pour in the hot milk and whisk vigorously.
Place the saucepan on low heat, bring the mixture to 82 °C, stirring constantly.
In another tall container, place the dark chocolate, pour in the milk and egg mixture, and blend until smooth.
