Directions

Bring the 20 percent fat sweet cream to a boil together with the vanilla seeds, then cool down to 30 °C.
Crack the egg, pour in the melted butter and trimoline, mix everything until smooth.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt, then add them over the wet ingredients and stir again until there are no more lumps.
In a hot pan, add a little batter at a time and fry the pancakes on both sides until they turn a nice golden brown.
Enjoy the pancakes with sauces, fruits, or sour cream. Enjoy!
