Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt powder, add the sifted flour with baking powder, pour milk & oil, mix until we only have cocoons.
  2. In the end we add the freshly chopped dill.
  3. Allow the dough to rest for 10-15 minutes.
  4. We fry the pancakes in a well-heated pan with butter on both sides.
  5. We place on each pancake weak salted trout and roll.
  6. We serve with desire with cream cheese, cream and greenery.
