Directions

1. Add my cottage to the cheese, eggs & salt.
2. Mix everything with a hand blender.
3. Add the milk my cottage, oil & mix well.
4. Incorporate the sifted flour in the liquid composition, presses with freshly chopped dill.
5. Add a ladle from the composition to a well-heated pan.
6. Fry the pancakes over medium heat on each side for 2 minutes.
7. Serve the pancakes with cream my cottage.
