Directions

  1. 👉 Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 👉 Pour in the kefir, crack the eggs, and stir until there are no more lumps.
  3. 👉 Add the grated Suluguni cheese, mix again.
  4. 👉 In a heated pan (25 cm diameter), over medium heat with oil, we add the batter, cover with a lid, and fry until the edges gently turn golden.
  5. 👉 Turn the Haciapuri to the other side and fry for approximately 5 minutes, then enjoy the warm Haciapuri. Enjoy!
