Directions

  1. For the batter, mix the eggs with flour, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Pour in the milk and stir until smooth.
  3. In an oven-safe pan, add the butter and place it in the oven for 2–3 minutes at 220 °C.
  4. Pour in the batter, return the pan to the oven, and bake for 15 minutes (until the edges rise and turn golden).
  5. Serve the pancake with fried eggs and herbs. Enjoy!
