Directions

  1. Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, egg, butter and room temperature water.
  2. Stir with a spatula, then begin kneading for 10-12 minutes or until the dough no longer sticks to your fingers.
  3. Form a ball and cover with a towel.
  4. Leave at room temperature for 30 minutes. The dough will become soft and elastic.
  5. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for filling.
  6. Over 30 minutes, the dough can be stretched.
  7. Sift flour onto a work surface and onto the dough.
  8. Using a glass, form round balls and add 1 teaspoon of cheese to each.
  9. Glue the dumplings .
  10. Bring a large pot of water and salt to a boil.
  11. Add the dumplings as soon as they reach the first boil, cook them for 3 minutes.
  12. Serve the dumplings with cream.
