Directions

  1. In a saucepan at temperature-temperature we melt the sugar.
  2. We pour the hot whipped cream, mix energetically.
  3. We take from the hob, add the salt with the swollen gelatin.
  4. When it reaches the temperature 50 C, add the soft butter, mix.
  5. We transfer the cream to jars & give cold until it stabilizes.
  6. The cream is perfect for cakes, cakes, muffins & pancakes,
