Directions

  1. Put the softened butter with the salt in a bowl, mix with a whisk, add the powdered sugar continuing to mix until incorporated.
  2. Pour the egg and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  3. Continue with the milk, wheat flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  4. Transfer the dough to a pastry bag with a star nozzle and form cookies into round shapes, then bake for 15 minutes, temperature 170 °C.
  5. Cool completely. If desired, dip in melted chocolate, sprinkle with ground nuts, freeze until set, then enjoy! 🍂 Enjoy!
