Directions

  1. Mix, wheat flour, almond flour, sugar and salt powder. Add, the butter soft and form wet crumbs.
  2. Continue the egg + the yolk, mix until the dough is formed, wrapped in foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Stretch the dough with a thickness of 3 mm, cut the base of 18-20 cm, 3 cm-height sides and place in the refrigerator while we prepare the cream.
  4. Mix the almond powder, sugar, flour, eggs and butter. Add the lemon peel and vanilla seeds, transfer the cream to a pastry bag.
  5. Add the fragrance cream over the countertop, place slices of apple to the surface and bake 50-60 minutes, temperature 170 C. Chill and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
