Mix, wheat flour, almond flour, sugar and salt powder.
Add, the butter soft and form wet crumbs.
Continue the egg + the yolk, mix until the dough is formed, wrapped in foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Stretch the dough with a thickness of 3 mm, cut the base of 18-20 cm, 3 cm-height sides and place in the refrigerator while we prepare the cream.
