Directions
Add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt to a bowl.
Whisk lightly.
Pour in half of the milk and continue stirring, gradually adding the sifted flour, stirring until the lumps disappear.
Pour in the remaining milk and butter and stir a little more.
Heat the frying pan, pour the mixture in a thin layer, gently rotating the pan.
When the edges of the pancake begin to brown, flip it over for 10 seconds.
While the pancakes are frying, prepare the cream. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until thick, pour in the whipped cream, and mix briefly.
Take one pancake, place a cherry along it and roll it up tightly.
Assemble the crepes. First, arrange four crepes in a row on a plate, adding a generous dollop of cream, then repeat steps 3, 2, and 1.
Decorate the outside of the cake with the remaining cream and grate the chocolate.
Let the pie cool for at least 2 hours before serving. Bon appétit!
