  • Short-grain rice
    150 g
  • Milk Căsuța Mea Premium 3.4% - 6.0%
    400 ml
  • Whipping Cream Căsuța Mea 33%
    150 ml
  • Sugar
    50 g
  • Vanilla Sugar
    30 g
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Cornstarch

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, pour: water, salt and well-washed rice.
  2. Once it starts to boil, boil for 7 minutes.
  3. Pour in the milk and cream, add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
  4. Boil for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly.
  5. In a bowl, mix the egg yolk, cornstarch, and milk.
  6. Pour the yolk mixture into the rice porridge, mix very well.
  7. Pour the composition into a mold.
  8. Place in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes, or until nicely browned.
  9. The dessert can be served both hot and cold.
