Directions

  1. In a 25 cm diameter pan, add the oil and grated garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add the sliced ​​sweet peppers, fry for 5-6 minutes, then the diced zucchini, fry for another 2-3 minutes or until slightly softened.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Add the spinach, mix well and pour in the beaten eggs.
  5. Finally, add the mozzarella and bake for 8-10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C, or until the frittata is nicely browned on top.
  6. Cut and serve with pleasure.
