Directions

  1. Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl, grate the mandarin peel, and beat well for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the flour with the baking powder, mix until there are no lumps.
  3. Pour the melted and cooled butter, mix until homogeneous.
  4. Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes. (Transfer the dough to a pastry bag to make it easier to fill the molds).
  5. Fill 2/3 of the Madeleine molds (optionally greased with oil) with batter and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
  6. Put the cookies on a rack to cool down.
  7. Add melted chocolate into molds, dip the cookies, and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
  8. Enjoy!
