Boil for 15 minutes, 200 g of berries with sugar, a pinch of salt, milk and half of the whipped cream.
Blend until obtain a smooth texture using a blender.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the remaining whipped cream.
Let it cool, pour in the liqueur, beat until we get a fluffy texture.
Add the chopped chocolate, mix, and put it in the freezer for 1 hour. Remove, blend for 2-3 minutes, return to the freezer. Repeat the procedure 2-3 times.
Add the berries, mix, and transfer to a flatter container.
Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Serve the ice cream with chocolate or nuts.
