Vegetarian lasagna with spinach

Directions

  1. ✅ Melt the butter in a pan.
  2. ✅ Add the flour, quickly mix with a whisk, and fry for two minutes.
  3. ✅ Gradually pour the hot milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  4. ✅ Finally, add nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Take it off the stove and let it cool.
  6. ✅ Add the well-washed spinach to a pot with a drop of oil and cook until it softens.
  7. ✅ Cool, drain the liquid, and chop finely.
  8. Mix the spinach with the cream cheese, half of the grated spinach.
  9. Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg to taste.
  10. ✅ Spread a few spoonfuls of sauce at the bottom of a 30x20 cm buttered baking dish. ✅ Then a layer of lasagna sheets. ✅ Spinach cream. ✅ Béchamel sauce. ✅ Grated Parmesan. ✅ And so on, repeating the layers until all the ingredients are used up.
  11. ✅ Finally, spread the béchamel sauce and generously grate Parmesan over it.
  12. ✅ Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C, or until golden brown.
