For the oat base:

  • Oat flakes
    90 g
  • Chia seeds
    50 g
  • Greek yogurt
    125 g
  • Almond flakes
    40 g
  • Coconut Flakes
    40 g
  • Milk Căsuța Mea 3,5%
    370 ml
  • Maple syrup
    40 g

For the sauce:

  • Blackberry
    250 g
  • Lemon Juice
    1/2 pc
  • Vanilla syrup
    1 tbsp

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds, almond and coconut flakes, Greek yogurt, milk, and maple syrup until well combined.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the blackberries, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Simmer over low heat for 8–10 minutes until the berries soften and the sauce becomes slightly syrupy. Let cool.
  3. Spoon a few tablespoons of blackberry sauce into jars or bowls, then add the oat mixture on top.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Before serving, garnish with extra toasted almond and coconut flakes. 💡 Keeps in the refrigerator for 2–3 days. 🍴 Enjoy!
