Directions
Mix the wheat flour with oat flour, baking soda and salt.
Add dried fruits (for example, we have: raisins, cranberries and dried plums), nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts), pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds and poppy seeds, mix.
Pour the buttermilk, add the honey with the sugar, mix again.
Transfer the dough into a rectangular baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
Take out the bread and let it cool completely.
Slice the bread very thinly, transfer it to a baking tray, and bake for 10 minutes on each side - Temperature 150 °C.
We’re chilling and savoring with cream cheese. Enjoy!
