Baked pears with cow's cheese

Directions

1. We cut the pears in half, remove the core with a knife or spoon.
2. Heat a pan, melt the butter and place the pears with the cut down.
3. We cook for 10 minutes, under the lid.
4. In a bowl, mix, the cow's cheese with the sugar, add the nutmeg, vanilla and cinnamon.
5. Transfer the pears to a tray, fill them with cheese filling and bake 20 minutes, temperature 160 C.
6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped nuts, dark chocolate & honey.
7. Enjoy!
