Fluffy flower-shaped pancakes with fresh strawberries. A fun breakfast idea for the whole family.

  • Sugar
    45 g
  • Milk Căsuța Mea 3,5%
    200 ml
  • Oil
    50 ml
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Flour
    250 g
  • Baking powder
    8 g
  • Strawberry
    to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, beat the egg together with the sugar until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  2. Add the milk, oil, and salt, then mix well.
  3. Incorporate the flour mixed with the baking powder, and beat until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter, free of lumps.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Place a slice of strawberry in the pan, then pour the batter around it, forming 5–6 petals, so that you create a flower.
  6. Fry until the pancake turns golden, then carefully flip it and cook for about another minute, until it browns on the other side as well.
  7. Serve the pancakes warm, plain or with honey, maple syrup, powdered sugar, or fresh fruit. Enjoy!
