Directions

Whisk the egg whites until frothy with a pinch of salt.
Mix the egg yolks, ginger and sugar in a bowl.
Add the yogurt, flour and baking powder.
Mix well, until the dough is homogeneous.
Pour in the milk, stir to avoid lumps.
Finally, add the beaten egg whites and mix. Heat 1 teaspoon of butter in a pan.
Add one ladle of the mixture at a time into a heart-shaped mold.
When bubbles form on the surface, turn the pancake over.
Repeat the procedure until we finish the dough.
Place the pancakes on the serving plate.
Decorate with jam, berries, and honey.
Serve with pleasure!
