Directions

  1. 🍐 We cut the pears lengthwise, removing the core and stems.
  2. We transfer it into a baking tray, add a teaspoon of butter, and drizzle with honey,
  3. We bake the pears for 30-35 minutes at 180°C, with the fan setting.
  4. 🍐 For the Cream: whip the cream, add the mascarpone and vanilla extract, mix.
  5. 🍐 We take out the pears, let them cool for 10 minutes, add cream over each piece, sprinkle with spices and crushed pistachios, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of honey, and enjoy immediately.
