Directions

  1. For dough, mix the flour with salt and baking powder.
  2. Add the egg, pour milk & oil, mix and knead 7-10 minutes. Cover with a towel & let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. We divide into 6 equal pieces, We form balls.
  4. In a bowl mix the corn starch with the flour.
  5. We sprinkle the work surface with the starch mixture & spread each ball with a thickness of 1-2 mm. (We continue with all the notes, we overlap the dough sheets on top of each other with flour & starch mixture)
  6. We spread the very thin dough sheets.
  7. For the filling, mix: the eggs, add the cow's cheese, the feta belt, the cream, pour the melted butter & add the baking soda. We mix everything very well.
  8. Grease with melted butter each sheet of dough, add the filling at times & roll.
  9. We transfer the rolls to a greased form with butter.
  10. Grease the surface of the patch with the melted butter and bake 35 minutes, temperature 180 C.
