For the dough, beat the room temperature butter with the sugar, add the eggs, beat again. Add flour and form a disc. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For the Orange Layer:
In a bowl, add 2 oranges, pour boiling water, let sit for 3 minutes, drain the water and repeat the procedure 2-3 more times to remove bitterness.
- cut and remove the seeds if necessary.
- transfer to the bowl of a food processor and blend until a paste is formed.
- transfer to a saucepan, add sugar, place on the stove and boil for 20-25 minutes.
For the Cheese Filling:
Mix the cottage cheese with vanilla extract and sugar.
For the Cream Filling:
Mix the cream with the sugar and eggs.
Roll out the dough in a tart pan with a diameter of 24-26 cm.
Shape the base and the sides.
Add in layers:
the orange filling,
the cottage cheese filling,
the sour cream filling.
Grate the remaining orange peel and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 C.
