Directions
In a saucepan, pour the water, milk, add the butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Once it boils, add the cornmeal, stir, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Finally, fold in the cream cheese and the cheese.
Let's set it aside while we take care of the mushrooms.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them in half.
Saute in a pan with butter until cooked.
Finally, add the chopped garlic, fresh thyme, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve polenta with mushrooms and herbs.
