  • Cottage Cheese Căsuța Mea Low Fat
    2 tbsp

    25 g

  • Mushroom mix
    250 g
  • Thyme
    2 leaf
  • Garlic
    1 clove
  • Salt
    to taste

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, pour the water, milk, add the butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Once it boils, add the cornmeal, stir, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Finally, fold in the cream cheese and the cheese.
  3. Let's set it aside while we take care of the mushrooms.
  4. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in half.
  5. Saute in a pan with butter until cooked.
  6. Finally, add the chopped garlic, fresh thyme, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve polenta with mushrooms and herbs.
  8. Enjoy your meal.
