Directions

  1. We pass the cow's cheese through a sieve.
  2. Over the cheese we add: the cream, the melted butter, the salt, the sugar, the peel of a lemon & gray.
  3. Mix all the ingredients with a blender 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add the mixed eggs & mix.
  5. Above add: the cranberries washed in slightly warm water, drain the water & dry the cranberries with paper towel.
  6. Mix all the ingredients well.
  7. We pour the composition received in a rectangular form greased with butter & lined with baking paper.
  8. Give the shape in the preheating oven at 180 C for 45-50 minutes.
  9. We turn the shape with the cake on a platter, remove the baking sheet & let it cool completely, then put in the refrigerator overnight.
  10. For icing: Melt chocolate with oil in the micro -oven.
  11. We transfer the cake to a barbecue and pour the chocolate mixture throughout the surface.
  12. We transfer to a serving platter.
  13. Put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to stabilize the chocolate.
  14. We cut and serve.
