Directions

  1. Beat the eggs well with the sugar and the orange zest.
  2. Add the mandarin juice, melted butter, orange extract, then add the flour with baking powder and salt.
  3. Transfer into a buttered and floured pan, bake in the oven at 180 °С for 35-40 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
