Directions

  1. Melt in a saucepan the dark chocolate, brown sugar, chocolate hazelnut paste, and butter.
  2. Add chopped forest nuts, mix. Here we also add the egg yolks, beat the mixture well until smooth.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add 1/3 to the chocolate mixture and mix. Add the remaining egg whites and mix again.
  4. Pour into a greased baking pan, 20-23 cm in diameter, and bake for 45-50 minutes at 180 °C.
  5. Take it out of the oven, let it cool, and put it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. Cut the cake and enjoy. Happy holidays!
