Directions
We melt in a saucepan the dark chocolate, with brown sugar, chocolate nut paste.
Add the hazelnuts, mix. Also here add the yolks, beat the mixture well until homogenized.
Beat the foam whites, add 1/3 in the chocolate mixture & mix. We add the rest of the whites & mix again.
We pour in a baking form diameter 20-23 cm, greased with butter & baked 45-50 minutes, temperature 180 C.
We remove from the oven, cool & give in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. We cut the cake & savor. Happy Holidays!
