Directions

  1. Beat the soft butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Incorporate the eggs one at a time.
  2. Continue with the ricotta. Then the melted and cooled white chocolate.
  3. Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and milk. Add the mixture into a 20 cm diameter pan.
  4. Cover with slices of figs and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 °C. Enjoy!
