Directions

  1. It laughs the garlic, then adds salt, pepper and cream. Mix well until you get a homogeneous sauce.
  2. Cut the beet already boiled in thin slices and carefully place them on the plate, forming a "rose" of slices of beet, overlapping them.
  3. On a plate, put the prepared sauce earlier, place the beet rose and add olive oil on top.
