Directions

  1. In a bowl, place 400 g of flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of dry yeast and half a teaspoon of salt.
  2. Mix all the ingredients.
  3. Pour in 250 ml of warm water.
  4. Combine all ingredients, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, knead thoroughly, and form into a ball. Cover with a towel.
  5. Leave for an hour for the dough to rise.
  6. Prepare the sauce. In a heated frying pan with oil, fry: 1 finely chopped onion and crushed garlic,
  7. Add 300 g of tomatoes in their own juice, season with salt and oregano.
  8. Leave for 30 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly.
  9. Take out the dough and divide it into two equal parts.
  10. Roll each ball out with a rolling pin.
  11. Add tomato sauce and grated mozzarella Căsuța Mea.
  12. Bake at 230°C for 9–10 minutes.
  13. Serve with freshly chopped basil.
