Directions

  1. Line the base and sides with cling film in a 20 cm diameter pan.
  2. Place the mushrooms in a layer, caps down.
  3. Add dill leaves between the mushrooms.
  4. Over the mushrooms, add onion and chopped parsley over the entire surface.
  5. Then spread mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese using the fine grater, and grate the carrot the same way.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  7. Add the previously boiled and diced chicken breast.
  8. Grease again with mayonnaise and spread over the entire surface.
  9. Add the thinly sliced ​​pickled cucumbers.
  10. Grate the boiled potatoes using a large grater into a bowl.
  11. Also here add the finely chopped dill and 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, season with black pepper and mix.
  12. Transfer the potatoes into the mold and spread them out.
  13. Cover with cling film.
  14. Put it in the fridge overnight.
  15. Take the salad out 2 hours before serving.
  16. Cover the form with a plate and turn it over.
  17. Remove the ring, then the plastic wrap and serve.
