    450 g
  • Dry yeast
    25 g
  • Vanilla Sugar

  • Egg yolk

Directions

  1. Dissolve the fresh yeast in the lukewarm milk, leave for 4-7 minutes to activate. Add and mix the egg yolks, vanilla sugar and oil. Sift the flour, mix then knead until the dough becomes smooth and elastic, cover with a towel and let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut out round shapes. Place the doughnuts on sheets of paper, cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes.
  3. Fry the doughnuts in a bath of oil over medium heat until they are nicely browned on each side. We take them out onto paper towels and let them cool for a bit.
  4. Fill with jam or melted chocolate as desired. Enjoy.
