Directions

  1. Dissolve the fresh yeast with warm milk, allow 4-7 minutes to activate. Add and mix the yolks, vanilla sugar & oil. We sift the flour, we mix then knead until the dough becomes smooth & elastic, We cover with in the towel & let it grow 1 hour.
  2. We spread the dough with a thickness of 1 cm. We cut round shapes. Place the donuts on the sheets of paper, cover with a towel & let it grow 30 minutes.
  3. We fry the donuts in the oil bath over medium heat until they are beautifully browned on each side. We remove on paper towels, let it cool.
  4. We fill with desire with sweetness or melted chocolate, with the help of a push. Enjoy your meal.
