Beat the eggs with the sugar.
Pour in the melted and cooled butter, add the vanilla, and continue beating.
Sift the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon, then mix everything together.
Grate the carrots using a medium grater and add them to the batter along with the chopped walnuts and raisins. *OPTIONALLY, YOU CAN ADD GRATED ORANGE ZEST.
Pour the batter into a buttered and floured pan.
Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 170 °C.
Wait until it cools down and remove from the mold.
