  • Yogurt
    50 ml
  • Flour
    1 tbsp
  • Black currant
    30 g
  • Sugar
    1,5 l

    20 ml
  • Chicken egg

  • Biscuits

Directions

  1. In a blender, blend the cookies with semi-melted butter until you get the texture as in the video.
  2. Form the walls of the cheesecake from half of the portion, and spread the other half out using a spoon.
  3. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 180°C.
  4. Meanwhile, blend the cottage cheese and yogurt in a blender until you get the consistency of cream cheese.
  5. Add the sugar and mix with a mixer.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each.
  7. Now add flour and mix again.
  8. Pour the entire mixture over the cookies and bake for an hour at 160 °C.
  9. Mix blackcurrants with sugar and water and cook over medium heat until you get a jam-like consistency.
  10. Cut the cooled cheesecake and place it on a plate.
  11. Drizzle the jam over the top and enjoy its soft and airy texture.
