  • Whole wheat flour
    3 glass
  • Milk Căsuța Mea 3,5%
    25 ml
  • Spinach

  • Baking powder

Directions

  1. Grate the zucchini until it reaches the same consistency as mine. I used the finest grater.
  2. Drain as much water from the zucchini as possible. You can do this using cheesecloth.
  3. In a blender, combine spinach, egg, a little salt, flour, milk and baking powder.
  4. Add another 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour (or as much as needed to achieve the consistency shown in the video), stir, then add the grated zucchini.
  5. Mix everything thoroughly and heat a frying pan with a little oil.
  6. Fry the pancakes on both sides, and I advise you not to make them too big, so that they are easier to flip.
  7. Serve pancakes for breakfast with sour cream. They're very colorful and appealing. Plus, they're healthy!
