Directions

  1. Mix the cottage cheese with the egg yolk.
  2. Add the cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar, mix everything well until the texture becomes smooth.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg white with sugar until foamy.
  4. Add it to the cheese mixture and mix.
  5. Grease the molds with butter and fill them with dough.
  6. Sprinkle with cranberries or your favorite berries and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 °C.
  7. Serve the soufflé hot or cold. Happy holidays!
