FOR THE DOUGH:
In the bowl of a food processor, add the flour, sugar, salt, eggs and room temperature butter.
Mix and form the dough.
Spread in a 26 cm diameter pan,
form the base, raise the sides and refrigerate while preparing the filling.
FOR THE FILLING:
In a heated pan, melt the butter, add the butter with the chopped onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes, then add the baked, peeled potatoes cut into cubes and fry for another 7-10 minutes.
Add the salami sliced, sautéing for 2-3 minutes.
Grate the cheese, add the eggs, the cream, the smoked paprika, and mix everything together.
Add the potatoes over the dough and cover with the cheese and egg mixture.
Bake for 50 minutes at 170 °C.
Let it cool for 20 minutes and serve with fresh herbs.
