Directions

  1. For dough. Mix the flour, baking powder and powdered sugar, mix, break the eggs, mix again.
  2. We incorporate with very cold fingers and form a ball.
  3. We spread the dough very thin and place in a diameter of 28 cm.
  4. We add weight and bake for 10 minutes at 180 C.
  5. We remove the weight and bake for 2-3 minutes.
  6. For filling. Mix the eggs with the sugar.
  7. We pour the whipped cream, lemon juice & lemon peel. I leave 10 minutes.
  8. We slip the filling through a sieve. We pour the filling over the prepared dough.
  9. We cover with metal foil and bake 20 minutes at temperature 180 C.
  10. We remove the foil and bake for 20 minutes at 150 C.
  11. We cool the tart, cut and serve.
  12. Enjoy your meal.
