Directions

  1. Cut the meat into cubes, place it in a well-heated frying pan and cook over medium-high heat.
  2. Lightly fry.
  3. To make the meat more tender, add butter and other spices.
  4. Meanwhile, slice the onion thinly or however you like and add it to the meat.
  5. At the same time, put in a saucepan or boil the boiled water for the muffin, add the salt.
  6. Once the water reaches boiling point, gradually add corn flour, stirring vigorously.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer mamaliga for 10–15 minutes.
  8. I prefer to serve everything in a platter with a lot of cottage cheese and sour cream.
