Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until we achieve a fluffy mixture.
  2. With a whisk, mix the flour, baking powder, and coconut flakes.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients into the egg mixture and stir with a spatula.
  4. Bring the milk with the butter to a boil, and simmer for 1 minute, then add to the dough and mix.
  5. Divide the dough into 2 pans with a diameter of 16 cm and bake for 30 minutes at 165 °C.
  6. Chill it and put the biscuits in the fridge for 4 hours.
  7. Cut the biscuits into 4 equal sheets, each 1.5 cm thick.
  8. For the cream, beat the cream cheese with the whipped cream and powdered sugar for approximately 1-2 minutes.
  9. Sheet - soak with milk and whipped cream + cream + raspberry sauce... continue until finish the ingredients.
  10. Put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
  11. Decorate the cake with the desired cream and enjoy. Enjoy!
