Golden toast served with a fragrant berry sauce and creamy topping – a simple, quick, and delicious dessert.

For the toast:
Toast bread

For the sauce:

Directions
In a bowl, mix the milk with the egg yolks, honey, and vanilla. If the bread is fresh, lightly dry it beforehand to better absorb the liquid. Soak the slices of bread in the mixture and fry them on both sides over low heat in a pan greased with vegetable oil and a little butter.
Boil the fruits together with the sugar for a few minutes.
Dissolve the starch in 2 tablespoons of water and pour it over the fruit. If you want a smoother sauce, strain the juice and continue boiling with just that.
Add a little butter for shine, if you wish, and simmer for another 1–2 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Place the toasted bread slices on plates, add whipped sweet cream mixed with cream cheese, peanut butter, and warm fruit sauce.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
