Directions

  2. For the filling: we laugh through the grater, the mozarella, add the ricotta cheese, the grated parmesan, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. We spread the dough very thin, cut circles, add filling and glue tortellini. Boil tortellini in salted boiling water, since it comes to the surface for 2-3 minutes.
