Combine the yogurt with the sour cream and half of the salt.
Place a sieve over a bowl, cover it with a clean towel, pour in the prepared mixture of sour cream and yogurt, gather the edges, and leave it in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours to drain the excess liquid.
Rub our hands with oil and form small balls.
For the marinade in a jar, add chopped garlic, sliced peppers, salt, pour the oil, and mix.
Roll the balls in white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, oregano, sweet paprika, and turmeric.
Add the balls to the jar with the prepared marinade, cover with a lid, and let marinate for 4-8 hours.
