Directions

  1. For dough, mix: eggs with salt, oil & water. Add the flour, mix & knead for 10 minutes. We cover with a film & let it grow 1 hour.
  2. For the filling we mix: the minced nuts with the sugar.
  3. We divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, we model the balls, We spread each very thin ball on the work surface sprinkled with potato starch.
  4. We grease each sheet of dough with melted butter, We press with the prepared filling & rolling.
  5. Cut slices of 2 cm, transfer in a baking form, grease with butter and bake 30 minutes, temperature 180 C.
  6. For syrup, mix all ingredients & boil 15 minutes high temperature. We pour the hot syrup over the baclava, leave for 1-2 hours.
  7. Press with small pistachii & let it syrup 4-6 hours. Enjoy your meal!
