We beat the butter with cream cheese,

We remove the dough from the cold, we divide it into 4 pieces.
Spread each piece in a rectangular shape on the work surface pressed with flour.
Grease the dough with 2 tablespoons of jam, press with sugar mixture, press with 3 tablespoons of mixture.
We rolled the dough tight.
We give the rolls cold for 30 minutes.
Cut slices with a thickness of 2-3 cm.
We transfer on 2 tales lined with baking paper, grease with beaten egg & bake for 15-20 minutes, at temperature 180 C
