For the glaze:

  • Powdered sugar
    150 g
  • Egg white
    1 pc
  • Lemon Juice
    1 tbsp

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, pour the honey, sugar and butter.
  2. Mix the ingredients on the stove until the sugar melts.
  3. Add the spices, mix and let cool for 10 minutes, add the yolk and mix with a spatula, sift the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt powder in several batches, continuing to mix then form a ball.
  4. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper to a thickness of 3 mm.
  6. Cut out hearts, flowers, circles, or any shapes you want.
  7. Remove excess dough and bake in the preheated oven for 10-11 minutes, temperature 180 °C.
  8. Let the biscuits cool completely.
  9. For the glaze, beat together: powdered sugar, egg white, and lemon juice.
  10. Divide the frosting into 2 pastry bags, add a pinch of red food coloring to the second bag.
  11. Cut the tops of the bags and draw any decorations we want.
  12. Let the glaze harden for 2 hours and serve or give as gifts to your loved ones.
