Mix the ingredients on the stove until the sugar melts.
Add the spices, mix and let cool for 10 minutes, add the yolk and mix with a spatula, sift the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt powder in several batches, continuing to mix then form a ball.
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper to a thickness of 3 mm.
Cut out hearts, flowers, circles, or any shapes you want.
Remove excess dough and bake in the preheated oven for 10-11 minutes, temperature 180 °C.
Let the biscuits cool completely.
For the glaze, beat together: powdered sugar, egg white, and lemon juice.
Divide the frosting into 2 pastry bags, add a pinch of red food coloring to the second bag.
Cut the tops of the bags and draw any decorations we want.
Let the glaze harden for 2 hours and serve or give as gifts to your loved ones.
