Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cornmeal with the baking powder, salt, and cold butter.
  2. Grate the cheese, add oregano, form the dough, divide into 20 small balls (approximately 13-14 grams each).
  3. Roll in sesame seeds, gently flatten, transfer onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
