Directions

  1. Add cottage cheese, grated cheese, eggs and salt to taste to a bowl.
  2. Mix everything very thoroughly.
  3. Spread half of the filling over the entire surface of the lavash sheet, roll it lengthwise and cut into rolls 4–5 cm thick.
  4. Line a 20 cm diameter baking tray with parchment paper and grease the bottom and sides with oil.
  5. Place the rolls in a frying pan and put 1 cube of butter on top of each.
  6. Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove and serve the pie warm.
  8. Enjoy your meal!
