Directions

  1. We clean the potatoes and cut into 6 parts
  2. Put the potatoes in a saucepan with boiling salt water.
  3. Boil 5 minutes.
  4. We drain water potatoes.
  5. In a bowl pour the melted butter, add the smoked sweet pepper, salt and mix.
  6. Add the potatoes, mix all the ingredients well.
  7. We put the potatoes in a tray lined with baking paper.
  8. We give in the preheated oven at temperature 250 C for 30 minutes. (We mix a few times the potatoes to receive a crust)
  9. In the meantime, we prepare the sauce: in a vessel we mix the cream, mayonnaise, cucumber given by grater, garlic & very small chopped dill, season with salt & black pepper.
  10. We mix everything well.
  11. We remove the potatoes and serve as long as they are crispy on the outside and soft inside.
  12. Enjoy your meal!
