Put the potatoes in a saucepan with boiling salt water.
Boil 5 minutes.
We drain water potatoes.
In a bowl pour the melted butter, add the smoked sweet pepper, salt and mix.
Add the potatoes, mix all the ingredients well.
We put the potatoes in a tray lined with baking paper.
We give in the preheated oven at temperature 250 C for 30 minutes. (We mix a few times the potatoes to receive a crust)
In the meantime, we prepare the sauce: in a vessel we mix the cream, mayonnaise, cucumber given by grater, garlic & very small chopped dill, season with salt & black pepper.
We mix everything well.
We remove the potatoes and serve as long as they are crispy on the outside and soft inside.
