Peasant potatoes in cream sauce

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 6 pieces.
  2. Place the potatoes in a saucepan of boiling salted water.
  3. Boil 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the water from the potato.
  5. In a bowl, pour the melted butter, add the smoked paprika, salt and mix.
  6. Add the potatoes, mix all the ingredients well.
  7. Place the potatoes on a tray lined with baking paper.
  8. Place in the preheated oven at 250 °C for 30 minutes (stir the potatoes a few times to get a crust).
  9. Meanwhile, prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, grated cucumber, finely chopped garlic and dill, season with salt and black pepper.
  10. Mix everything well.
  11. Remove the potatoes and serve immediately while they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
  12. Enjoy!
